Embracing the idea that each generation has its own way of recognizing, interpreting and communicating messages, executives at non-profit, The Veteran Asset, decided to step out of their Baby Boomer boxes and explore the effects of their messages on their audience of U.S. military veterans entering the civilian workplace.
